Cookie Policy

What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. When you come back, the browser sends it to the site again, which lets the site recognise your device, keep you signed in or remember a setting. Similar tools work the same way, such as local storage, pixels and software development kits. On this page we call all of them cookies.
WinZoria is operated by Tekuno Technologies S.R.L.. We follow UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, which means we only set cookies that are strictly needed for the site to work unless you agree to more. Your choice is yours alone and does not change which games or offers you can use.
The banner and your first choice
On your first visit a bar appears at the bottom of the screen. You can accept everything, refuse everything apart from necessary cookies, or open the categories and switch statistics or marketing on and off one by one. Until you decide, only necessary cookies are active. Closing the bar without choosing counts as a refusal of the optional categories.
Categories we use
Necessary
These cookies keep the site running, and they cannot be switched off in our banner. They:
- hold your login session so you stay signed in while moving between pages;
- protect forms in the cashier and account area from cross-site request forgery;
- balance traffic between our servers so pages load quickly;
- remember your language and your cookie decision itself;
- help detect suspicious logins and automated attacks.
Most of them are deleted when you close the browser. The one that stores your cookie choice is kept for 12 months.
Statistics
With your consent, we measure how people use the site: which pages are opened, how long they take to load, where visitors leave and which device types are common. The data is collected in aggregate, IP addresses are shortened before storage, and we use it to fix slow pages and confusing steps. These cookies last up to 13 months.
Marketing
Also only with your consent, marketing cookies record which partner or campaign brought you to us and allow us to show WinZoria offers on other websites. They can be set by us or by advertising partners. If you have self-excluded or set a time-out, we stop using your data for marketing, whatever your cookie setting. These cookies last between 30 days and 13 months depending on the provider.
How long your choice is stored
We remember your decision for 12 months. After that, or earlier if you clear your browser data, the banner will appear again and ask you to choose. If we add a new category or a new purpose, we will also ask again rather than assume your old answer covers it.
Changing your mind
You can change your selection at any moment. Scroll to the footer of any page and click "Cookies" in the legal links. The same panel opens as on your first visit, with your current settings already marked. Switch a category off and save, and from that moment we stop setting those cookies. Cookies already stored are removed on your next page load where our code can reach them. Some third-party cookies can only be deleted from your browser.
Browser settings
Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. Look for "Privacy" or "Cookies" in the settings of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. On a phone, the setting is usually in the browser's own menu, not in the system settings. Blocking all cookies will stop you from logging in, because the session cookie is required for the account area and the cashier.
The web app
If you add WinZoria to your home screen, the app is your browser running our site in its own window. It uses the same cookies and the same choices. A change you make in the browser applies in the app as well, as long as both use the same browser on the same device.
Third parties
Game studios load their games inside our pages, and they may set necessary cookies to keep a game round stable or to remember sound settings. Payment providers do the same in the cashier when you pay. Their cookies are covered by their own policies, and we pass them only the data needed for the service they provide.
Live chat uses a cookie to keep a conversation open when you move to another page. Without it, the chat would restart every time you clicked a link, so we treat it as necessary.
What we do not do
We do not use cookies to build profiles of your gambling activity for sale to others. We do not use fingerprinting to get around a refusal. We do not combine cookie data with your account details for advertising unless you have accepted marketing cookies and also agreed to receive marketing in your account settings.
More about your data
Cookie data that can identify you is personal data, so the rights described in our privacy notice apply to it too. You can ask for a copy, ask us to delete it or object to its use if you write to our privacy team. For general questions about the site, drop support an email or use the live chat, and all contact routes are on the contact page.
Updates to this policy
We check this list when we add or remove a tool on the site, and at least every six months. If the change is small, such as a provider renaming a cookie, we simply update this page. If it introduces a new purpose, the banner will ask you again. The date at the top shows when the policy last changed.
Keeping your optional cookies switched off has no effect on bonuses, game access or withdrawals. The only difference is that we know a little less about how the site is used, and the adverts you see elsewhere will not be based on your visits here.
